Recycle, reuse and repurpose old neckties into an easy heirloom envelope style pillow. Learn to piece the ties together and finish pillow with piping. Small embroidery is optional.

Materials Included:

Batting, piping cording, and backing for necktie side of pillow (does not show when finished)

Requirements:

Basic sewing supplies, computerized sewing machine with decorative straight stitches and a small embroidery hoop if embroidery on pillow cover if desired , 12 - 14 old neckties with lining and interfacing removed, 12" x 16" pillow form, 3/8 yd fabric for pillow back and piping, (Reserve sewing machine ahead of time if needed)
